Environmental Legionellae in Thailand

Legionella pneumophila sero group 1 is the most prevalent pathogenic microorganism that found in environmental sources in every region of Thailand. The existence in cooling towers (57 percent) is much higher than that found in other sources (21.8 per cent), especially in hot spring water.
